Music License
Last updated: July 2, 2026 · YNX LLC
1. Ownership
Every draft produced by the Service is generated by YNX LLC’s proprietary, fully procedural composition and rendering technology. All rights in the Service and its outputs are owned and operated by YNX LLC. Each MP3 carries embedded rights metadata (publisher, copyright, and license tier). What you receive is a license matched to your subscription plan at the time of rendering.
2. License grants by plan
Free Trial — Evaluation only. Listen, download, and share privately to evaluate the Service. No public posting, monetization, or client use.
Starter — Personal-use license. Use drafts in personal, non-commercial projects (private videos, demos, practice sets). Public posting is allowed on personal profiles with attribution (“Music: YNX Deep House Composer”). No monetization or client work.
Pro — Creator commercial license. Use drafts in your own monetized online content (streams, social videos, podcasts, indie games). No attribution required. Excludes client deliverables, paid advertising, and broadcast.
Studio — Full commercial license. Everything in Pro, plus client work, brand campaigns, paid advertising, events, and broadcast use. Includes stems and provenance manifests for clearance workflows.
3. What no plan allows
Reselling or sublicensing raw drafts as stock music or in generation services; registering drafts with content-ID systems or collection societies as exclusively your own composition; claiming the underlying composition technology; or using drafts in unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content. Trademark use of “YNX” requires written permission from YNX LLC.
4. Drafts, review, and clearance
Outputs are AI-assisted drafts pending human review. For releases where legal clearance matters (label releases, sync placements, broadcast), Studio provenance manifests document the procedural generation chain; final clearance responsibility rests with the releasing party.
5. Term
License grants attach to drafts rendered while your plan was active and survive cancellation for those drafts. Drafts rendered on the trial remain evaluation-only unless re-rendered under a paid plan.
