Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026 · YNX LLC
1. What we collect
Account data: email address, optional display name, and a salted password hash (we never store plaintext passwords). Composition data: your briefs, selected settings, and the resulting render records. Billing data: subscription tier and status mirrored from our payment provider (Stripe), which processes card details itself — card numbers never touch YNX servers. Operational data: standard server logs with IP addresses for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
2. How briefs are processed
Composition briefs are dispatched to the YNX Composer Agent (operated on OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform) under a pseudonymous member reference. Your email address is not sent to the agent or embedded in render artifacts. Audio is synthesized procedurally on YNX infrastructure; renders are stored in YNX-controlled object storage and served through expiring signed links.
3. What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal data, display third-party advertising, or use your briefs to build marketing profiles. Session authentication uses an essential, httpOnly cookie only; there are no third-party tracking cookies on this site.
4. Retention and deletion
Account and composition records are retained while your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time, and we will remove your account data and composition history within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing, or legal compliance.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact YNX LLC using the address published on this site and we will respond within the legally required window.
6. Changes
We will post any updates to this policy here with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site before they take effect.
