1. Who we are

The YNX Deep House Composer Agent website, the YNX Composer Agent workflow, the YNX MP3 Renderer, and all related software, branding, and infrastructure (together, the “Service”) are owned and operated by YNX LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

The Service turns your written composition briefs into AI-assisted deep house audio drafts. Briefs are processed by the YNX Composer Agent and rendered by the YNX MP3 Renderer using fully procedural synthesis. Outputs are drafts pending human review and are not represented as cleared, released, or broadcast-ready recordings.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

New accounts start on a free trial with a fixed number of renders. Paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Studio) renew monthly, are billed by YNX LLC through our payment provider, and can be cancelled any time from the billing portal — cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the period ends. Render allowances reset each billing period and unused renders do not roll over. We may adjust plan pricing or limits prospectively with notice on this page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: request imitations of identifiable artists, songs, or recordings; misuse the Service to infringe third-party rights; probe, overload, or reverse engineer the rendering infrastructure; resell raw Service access; or use outputs in unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive contexts. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused subscription time where required by law.

5. Intellectual property and music licensing

The Service, including the composition pipeline, renderer, sound design, site content, and the YNX name and marks, is and remains the exclusive property of YNX LLC. Audio outputs are licensed to you — not sold — according to the license grant attached to your plan, as described in the Music License. YNX LLC retains ownership of the underlying generation technology and of output copyrights to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the license granted to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-assisted outputs vary; we do not warrant that any output is fit for a particular purpose or free of similarity to other works. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNX LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid YNX LLC in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
